BBQ was good. Sauce was really good. They didn't cut the point of the brisket properly which indicated they don't know much about bbq, though.

Loved this small BBQ stop. The brisket was tender and the sauce was perfect. As soon as they opened they were sold out of the sausage unfortunately. Their buttered red potatoes and cheese was delicious but a bit greasy, just how I like it. I will becoming back in the future when I have an out of town job that passes through Burg.

This restaurant is definitely my top choice when I'm in town. The staff is extremely friendly, the food is tasty, and the restaurant is clean. The dishes are served promptly and overall it's a 5-star experience.

I sampled the brisket, mac and cheese, and beans at this restaurant. The mac and cheese and beans were excellent. The brisket was good, but could benefit from more seasoning rub and moisture. Overall, the food was good. Be sure to try the peach cobbler.

I absolutely adored this charming BBQ joint. The brisket was wonderfully tender and the sauce was just right. Unfortunately, when we arrived they were already sold out of the sausage. However, the fried red potatoes and cheese were simply delicious, albeit a bit greasier than I prefer. I will definitely be returning in the future, especially when I have a job taking me through Burg.
