Carbone's Pizza Pub - Rosemount

We went to the restaurant to watch the football game and have some food. We decided to leave early because of the poor service we received. I want to mention that we understand it was busy, especially on a Sunday during football season. However, after ordering an appetizer (boneless wings) and informing the waitress that we would order our meals later, we were disappointed by the lack of plates, silverware, and napkins when our wings arrived. The waitress left immediately after placing the wings on the table, leaving us without a way to eat our food until we had to get our own supplies. Despite the wings being good, we had to wait a long time for the waitress to return. When she finally did, we were already preparing to leave. We paid our bill and left. This was our first time eating in at this particular location, as we have previously had no issues with delivery or dining at other locations. Unfortunately, it was a bad experience.

The service at this restaurant was absolutely awful! The hostess was completely unattentive and got my name, address, and phone number wrong despite me having to repeat it multiple times. To make matters worse, we received someone else's order. When I called to inform them of the mistake, the response was dismissive and I was put on hold for an extended period of time. After being hung up on when I called back, my husband finally got through to someone. However, when I spoke to the manager about the rude behavior of her staff, she defended them by saying they are only 16 years old. Even after explaining the situation again, she responded with a flippant attitude. The manager then proceeded to hang up on me as well before the issue was resolved. I will not be returning to this establishment as it is clear that the disrespectful behavior of the staff stems from the manager's own behavior.

I had a bit of a hard time with this restaurant. I enjoyed the cheese curds, they were really good. We also ordered a pizza, but we were not impressed. The sauce lacked flavor and it felt more like toppings on flat bread. All we could taste was the cheese. Maybe it was because we had the cheese curds before the pizza. Regardless, I like the place and will give it another try. But next time, I'll skip the pizza as it's just not our style.

Carbone's pizza is Amazing. It was perfectly cooked , sauce was yummy as was the Pepperoni and Sausage. Excellent Service Great stop when in Downtown Rosemount . Thanks Carbone's

The food was good (I recommend the Hawaiian Pizza! and staff were attentive. Being a Saturday evening, it was busy, but not crazy. A relaxing and pleasant time with a good pizza.
