El Pollo Loco - Rosemead

This Pollo Loco in Rosemead is a very clean establishment with excellent customer service. The staff is friendly, and the food is delicious. The manager is particularly pleasant and treats all customers with kindness and respect, which I really appreciate. This is the kind of service I wish every restaurant provided. The food, while not extraordinary, was satisfying for a quick lunch. The service was adequate, and the ambiance was average. I would recommend trying the Pollo Bowl if you stop by!

The chicken dish was fantastic! Definitely a must-try, especially with the current $5 offers available. You really can't go wrong with any of the other items on the menu at Pollo Loco either.

The service was quick and efficient. However, I found the cleanliness to be below my standards. The staff was friendly and properly wore their masks, with some even wearing gloves. Overall, it's decent.

There's truly no cost to being kind and offering excellent customer service, and I want to thank Amber C and her team for that during my visit on 8/26 at 1 PM. The chicken was delicious, and my salad was fresh. The dining area was clean, and everyone was fantastic. The parking lot was quite busy, but that's not their fault! LOL This is officially my new go-to Pollo Loco.
