Subway - Roseau

I attempted to visit the Subway in Roseau, MN, and according to their website, they should have been open until 10 PM. However, when I arrived at 8 PM, the doors were already locked. I noticed a worker inside, who seemed to be on the phone. I called to inquire why they were closed and mentioned the posted hours. The worker acknowledged my concern but abruptly said they were closing and hung up on me. If they aren't going to adhere to the hours listed on their website, they need to update those hours accordingly. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've encountered this issue at the Subway in this town; it seems to be a frequent occurrence. Overall, I would rate the food a 3, but the service and atmosphere were both a 1.

6/19/23 As a former subway employee, I can say the food is still good, but tonights veggie/till taker service sucked. Lack of communication and efficiency, asked for Banana peppers, was told one second, guy came back and just stared at my sub and didn’t say anything I had to ask the guy if there was any, and he just gave me a stupid look and shook his head. Not to mention he poorly wrapped my sub and didn't give me a bag LMAO. Not one to brag but if I came back, I could do that job 100X better then some of those employees working there. Andy is the best employee there by far, and has been since he’s been hired. He’s very efficient and normally does 2 other employees jobs while he’s already doing his own. I paid $8.50 for the tiniest salad I've ever seen! I'm not sure why there's an additional $2 charge to turn a side into a salad. It was just a small handful of lettuce, nowhere near a full bowl.
