フィードバックを提供するI visit this restaurant every morning and always order a burrito. The service and staff are consistently excellent, but the past three mornings the burrito was not as hot as usual. Perhaps there is an issue with the microwave. Despite this, I always give it five stars. However, on my visit last weekend, the food was hot again! Thank you.
I ultimately chose not to go on this trip. The restroom was very well-maintained. There was only one other patron in the restaurant. The only option for ordering was at the kiosk. Signs directed customers from the front counter to the kiosk. The service was slow. Extremely slow. A kind woman apologized for the wait. My order was correct and the food was delicious.
I used to experience slow service in the lobby at this restaurant near the airport, but since they introduced the kiosk system, I was able to order and leave quickly. Initially, I was concerned that the kiosks would result in job losses, but in reality, they have allowed more employees to take their lunch breaks.

They won't take your order at the counter, you must use the kiosk. Then you have to go the counter to pay. The food was McDonald's so if you ate it once you know what you are getting.
