Burger King - Romeoville

My kids absolutely loved the play area! The staff was incredibly friendly and greeted us warmly. Kenzie really made our experience feel like a scene from a commercial. I have to give a huge shout-out to Kenzie (who’s in the picture) — my son got his foot stuck in the netting of the playground, and she went right in to help him out. Thank you, Kenzie! We really appreciated your help and made our day special!

The service was great, and my dinner from Burger King was ready promptly.

The food was delicious, and the customer service was excellent. Although I initially received the wrong order, they promptly replaced it with a freshly prepared meal and even offered a complimentary drink. I didn't have to wait long for the correction either.
