Trattoria-pizzeria Borgo Pio 92 - Rome

We were deceived by inflated prices €15 for a beer! A lovely gentleman led us into a trap: inflated prices and stingy with food: my Pizza Diavola had only 3 small slices of salami! And they charged us €15 for a beer! What a rip-off! They even tried to charge us €20 for service, but we refused to pay!

Very friendly greeting but without being over powering like some of the near by restaurants touting for trade. We enjoyed large (1L) beers, wine and aperol spritz along with a good selection of food for reasonable prices. We visited almost everyday as our hotel was near by and we’re greeted as old friends by the time we left.

Not ordered meals were added to our bill. Instead of 125 we’ve got 250 euro. They even didn’t apologize. Not recommended

Pizza al taglio spettacolare: costi bassi e qualità ottima. Ideale per un pranzo durante la visita della zona del Vaticano.

Che dire, pizza senza confronti, buonissima e molto digeribile, personale un uomo ed una donna di una cortesia disarmante. Conosciuta da poco, perché da poco abito in zona, credo che andrò ogni giorno, peccato che il pomeriggio e la sera sia chiusa.
