Persis Sandwich Factory - Rome

The quality of food is really high. The owner went beyond and beyond and made us some custom sandwiches. It's a must to go to the local business.

These sandwiches were the best we had in Italy. Especially crispy is a pig incredible.

I have never written a review here, but I loved this place so much that they really deserve the credit! The best lunch we had during our entire trip in Italy! The two men behind the counter were so friendly to us, although we could not speak Italian. My friend and I went back both days we were in Rome because it was so delicious and it was such a friendly atmosphere. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Annoyed with too much pay for mediocre food, I googled cheap food near me and found Persis with excellent reviews- and I am so glad that I! The prices were amazing, my burger was perfect, and the service was so friendly and helpful. They also have drinks such as Apertifs, beer and wine and snacks and everything I tried was perfect. Thank you PERSIS for being wonderful!!!! I'm back!

Amazing, delicious, friendly, and cozy... It was my first night out in rome alone, and these guys made it everlastingly memorable and fun! You've got to go and make friends with the owners! You won't regret it! ;
