Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Rome

Stopped by drive and when placing order was asked what side I would like with my meal. Told mac and cheese. Said rudely, we're out. Said ok cole slaw then. Again rudely she says, we're out of that too. At this point I was like what do you have? Said that's all we're out of. Told then you should inform people before they order what you're out of instead of getting an attitude. When I get to to tue window and pay was asked to pull up front Since no cars were behind me,said no I will wait here(I want to make sure their ignorant selfs don't do nothing they ain't supposed to given their attitude) They food wasn't even good, service sucks and overpriced. Will not be returning. Plenty of other chicken places in Rome to take my business to.

The food is good. When they have it. Probably due to supply chain issues, frequently out of certain things we like.

I dont like the food so much but thats my opinion but there is one item i love and its the strawberry biscuits they are delicious yall should try them!

So I was hoping since they rebuilt this Popeyes that it would be better than before, it’s not. At the original Popeyes in Rome I know someone who ordered chicken there and when they bit into it, the chicken was raw and pink. Well, the same thing happened to me the other day when I went to this Popeyes. I bit into some chicken from there and it was very raw and very pink. I reported it, but I don’t think they care. Also I have to agree with what everyone else has said that the staff are not friendly at all. I mean if they’re serving un-cooked food then that’s proof that they really don’t care. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because there have been a few times I went here and the food was alright. But now I’m never going back because I’m not trying to get food poisoning

Love this place, but on some rare occasions I 'd go, because we usually eat at home. The reason I took 1 star away was because it took so long for our food to come. Maybe it took long cuz they were cooking it and it wasn 't ready, but it was still really good. The biscuits were VERY good, the chicken was crispy and tasty, and I think @Popeye 's was tight about that phrase, Love that chicken!
