Chipotle Mexican Grill - Rome

This was my first and last visit. The rice was undercooked, and for the price, they should ensure that everything is properly prepared.

I ordered the new garlic guajillo steak tacos, but the steak turned out to be dry and lacking in flavor. I also got red chili salsa on the side, and it was extremely spicy—so hot that I couldn't even enjoy it in my tacos. I also tried the new watermelon lemonade, but it just tasted like water with a hint of lime, with barely any watermelon flavor. Overall, the meal definitely wasn't worth the $20 price tag.

The food was excellent and the service was fantastic! However, the dining area was not very clean, and we had to tidy up our own space before we could sit down.

Went to our local Chipotle restaurant to enjoy our first time at this restaurant. Hoping to order their new steak bowl as shown on TV 50 times a day. Enter restaurant to find out at 11:30 am Rome Ga.we happen to be out of the new item. If we have a hour to wait they should be able to provide this selection. Yea right. I suggest less advertising on TV and spend some of that money to provide the food to your customers on time.

Delicious but for some reason they are always out of chips when I go and sometimes they won?t make anymore sometimes there?s a 20 minute wait for chips.
