Chicken Maison - Rolling Hills Estates

I’m not particularly fond of chicken and haven’t tried it here, but I can definitely say that the ground beef kabob and steak kabob are amazing. The garlic sauce is also delicious. The staff is excellent, too. It has a vibe similar to Zankou.

This location is fantastic and my favorite restaurant! However, there was one issue with my order: I asked for jasmine white rice but received brown rice instead. Unfortunately, I didn't eat the rice tonight.

The staff was friendly and attentive, and the chicken was so tender it practically melted in my mouth. It was incredibly aromatic, and the garlic butter was fantastic! I also loved the rice; it was delicious and had a wonderful blend of spices that made it even better!

Excellent food and cheap together with great Waitstaff!

Been coming here for 5 years, and they've really kept their standards up. No wonder they are almost always busy. Seriously, order on the phone so it's ready when you get there! To be honest, the chicken can be pretty dry if you don't order a whole chicken or thigh. All of their dishes are really fantastic though; the Chinese chicken salad being my favorite. Friendly staff, excellent food, a great combination!
