Milano Pizzeria - Roeros

Avoid ordering the Spaghetti Carbonara at this restaurant. It was the worst thing I have ever tasted. However, the pizza is decent. A true pasta/spaghetti carbonara should contain egg yolks, parmesan, garlic, and prosciutto. This dish only tasted like onion, which is not a typical ingredient in carbonara. There was a lack of parmesan and poor quality bacon. Stick to ordering the pizzas instead.

The Pizza at this restaurant is excellent and the service is very pleasant. It is located in the Domus mall in the historic mining town of Røros.

The pizza and barbecue were just average.
