Subway - Rocky River

They were several times and always had really good food for a subway location. The staff were very friendly, but the speed at which the food was made was slow over my last visits and the floors were a little sticky when they should be likely. The food is good, however, and the atmosphere is pleasant.

Lando looked after me, and he was absolutely fantastic! He was friendly and super helpful with my order. It was my first visit in a year, and I can't wait to come back soon—hopefully while he's still around!

It felt like a breath of fresh air! Jack and Danny were incredibly helpful with the promotional offer—kudos to them! The customer service was excellent. On another visit, I was pleasantly surprised by James, who made my sub sandwich. We chatted about current events while he quickly prepared my meatball sub. He’s a bright young man and very respectful of my unique requests, even cutting the sub into thirds for me. This place is a gem, and I'm so glad I discovered it. The food was fantastic!
