Burntwood Tavern - Rocky River

The tater tots were excellent—served hot and quickly. My friend ordered a turkey BLT, which was huge and came with fries that looked amazing, but it took a really long time to arrive. I ordered the double cheeseburger, the BWT smash burger, and unfortunately, it took forever to get to the table. To make matters worse, when it finally arrived, it was quite disappointing. I’m a big fan of burgers and have made it a point to try them all over the country. The long wait was frustrating enough, and we had to ask for drink refills, but the sad appearance of the burger really didn’t do it any justice.

Macy was my server, and she was incredible! I took my family out for Mother's Day, and she made sure we were all completely satisfied. Despite managing about eight tables full of guests, she never left us wanting. She did an amazing job. We’ll definitely be returning, and I’ll be requesting Macy for sure. I ordered the Rasta Pasta, and it was fantastic—definitely a 10/10! For my drink, I had something that started with a "Y," although I’m not sure how to spell it, but it was the only drink with that initial—I'd rate it an 8/10!

The food and a **** Mary 's tasted great. There was an issue where one out of four of our meals did not come out on time as it was allegedly given to another table. This resulted in us waiting 7 to 10 minutes for that meal to be prepared. Our waitress was also kind of speedy , she would take off before others could chime in if they wanted another drink or not.

We stopped in for brunch and had a wonderful experience enjoying both the patio and the food! Our server, Liz, was attentive and friendly right from the beginning. She proactively resolved a minor order mistake without us even having to ask. It was evident from our interactions with her, as well as how she engaged with other customers, that she is a true professional. We will definitely return to this restaurant again!

The food was decent but my husband's marsala was very dry, like it sat in the window too long. But the main issue was the service!! Awful. Our server didn't smile once or make eye contact, and she was barely around for anything. We kept getting up from our dinner to ask the bartender for refills, more cocktails, salt, napkins, our server, take a photo, and our bill! And the place was dead, so we know she wasn't busy...we could see her just standing in the service area through the glass windows chatting away. Thank goodness the bartender happily helped so thanks for that! We won't be returning.
