フィードバックを提供するI wanted to pick up a Tailgate but I didn 't. I walked in, and some older white ladies ' customers were inside this restaurant killing flies with a flyswatter .....NASTY. Why would you let customers take over your restaurant? Drive-Thru employees are veryfriendly.
9 out of 10 my order is always right. When my girl is there, she is awesome and keeps things going fast. I like it either way
Do not eat here, no shallow on the men's bathroom only a dose of lysol that the workers use to spray their hands after they use it. so coarse
Horrible. The food was horrible and the employees need customer service training. Also, Bojangles sell Bo Rounds, not hashbrowns. If you are going to offer a product make sure your employees know the product. Our biscuit was falling apart and not cooked. The wait time in the drive thru and the inside is horrible. I know you may be short but I have to say this You need to train your employees to MOVE. They are literally moving like they have an attitude or could care less. I will never stop here again. The grade was 84.5. I wish I would have seen this before I ordered at the drive thru. Tands, Inc needs to do an immediate business evaluation, or else this business will not be open long. I gave my biscuit to my dog and my daughter got sick. I am very disappointed in the franchise owner of this Bojangles location. They all need to be in a training session. I wish I could give you no stars.
