The food was outstanding, earning a perfect score of 5. The breadsticks, in particular, were a highlight—definitely a must-try. The service was equally excellent, also deserving of a 5-star rating. The atmosphere, even for takeout, was inviting and enjoyable. Highly recommend this spot for a quick and delicious meal!
I attempted to place a delivery order but was abruptly hung up on before I could finish my request. After calling back, I was disconnected again. To make matters worse, my credit card was charged for the order. Frustrated by such rude service, I called to cancel, only to be hung up on once more. I then drove to the restaurant to confirm the order cancellation and was treated even more poorly. I was told there was no manager on duty and that there was no corporate number to call. When I informed the teenage girl at the counter that they had lost a long-time customer, she rolled her eyes, laughed, and told me I could leave. Overall, the service was terrible, and the atmosphere was just as bad. I would give the service a 1 out of 5 and the same for the atmosphere. For dinner, I spent around $50-$100.

Ordered a medium pizza and breadsticks at 6:45 for delivery. Was given a delivery time of 7:45-7:55. At 8:30 I still had not received the food or heard anything. Called the business twice to which I received a recording that they were closed and to call back during normal business hours. So I planned to call back in the morning. To my surprise I get woken up at 9:45 to a gentleman trying to deliver my food. I told him I unfortunately did not want the food anymore as I had already made myself something to eat and was in bed. I offered to still give him a tip, very sweet kid I wish I would have gotten his name. He told me I could call the store to get a refund. When I did a woman answered and I told her the situation. She was less than pleasant and told me “well we made you order and delivered it and we weren’t closed we were busy with the flooding and power outages”. Which I can respect and understand. However that doesn’t change the fact that I was given a time frame and it showed up two hours later. So I asked for refund and she did do that for me. I’m just amazed at the lack of accountability and communication. To try and argue with the customer over something that clearly wasn’t right really is not a good customer service practice. Pizza was delicious and delivered 30 minutes sooner then was told on the phone so the way I see it was a win-win situation
