Starbucks - Rockwall

Long line, but they were moving it quickly AND the amazing service made it an excellent experience!

0 STARS IF I COULD. I met the two most incompetent workers IN MY LIFE. The manager of this ridiculous store named Vania and Kailey a girl with red hair in a ponytail. The WORST Starbucks workers I've EVER MET. A few of the staff were okay and some of them were weird. I just moved here a few weeks ago. I was having a nice conversation with a young man at the window when the supposed manager yelled at him and wanted to me leave the drive thru while we were having a nice conversation. When I went inside to fix my drink I saw her yelling and complaining at the other workers doing their job. At night, a few weeks ago, the redhead was rude to me at the drive thru AGAIN. She made my drink wrong TWICE and rolled her eyes and gave me attitude when I wanted a remake. So rude. And the bathrooms with roaches and other rude staff was a HUGE RED FLAG. Please do not come here, I don't know why Starbucks allows these people to run these stores. My respect goes out to the few good ones I encountered (and trust me I only encountered a few good ones. Never again, DISGUSTING.

Love this place. Really great drinks food that can be good for you too.

I always place my order through the mobile app just in case there's a long line. My drink is consistently ready and tastes incredibly fresh. Thank you, Starbucks!

I will not be returning to this restaurant. I placed my order through the mobile app, and the estimated pickup time was 9:23. However, when I arrived right at that time, my breakfast item was just sitting on the counter without my drink. I ended up waiting until 9:43 to receive my drink, watching as everyone else who ordered at the counter after me got their orders before I did. I even noticed the staff shuffling the mobile orders around, prioritizing later orders or making drinks for other customers in a hurry first. By the time I finally got my drink, my breakfast was already cold. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
