Carvel - Rockville Centre

The personal is beautiful, but most of them have no idea how to pump out a whistle ice. and sometimes the product was remelted and frozen in the freeze cabinet (and they still try to sell it) and sometimes the soft portion is granular (smoke ice crystals, not smooth.) they need to train with workers much better and have better quality control.

The man who lives on the same street as the restaurant bears a strong resemblance to the Penguin and I suspect he may have taken $20 from me.

Every time I visit the restaurant on weekends, there is always a group of kids in front of the store blocking the entrance. It's unfortunate that they occupy the entire sidewalk and seem to be up to no good. However, the lady who works there, the owner, is very friendly and helpful.

Forget supermarket ice cream, If you want to remember how good real ice cream tastes go to Carvel . This location in RVC is my favorite store, great service , friendly and super clean !

The staff is always very polite a a friendly. The lines move fast and its easy to get in and out with what you want.
