Soulfull Cafe - Rockville

I placed an order online and when I arrived at the empty counter, I was asked for my order. The man behind the counter asked the woman if there was an order, and she had obviously forgotten it because I saw her rush back to a counter where my order had slipped. I had to wait five minutes for a smoothie, but it was disappointing as the ingredients were not properly crushed. It would have taken an hour to drink with the large chunks of fruit in it. I ended up getting another drink and had to chew my smoothie. Despite this, the place looked nice and I am willing to give them another chance by trying a sandwich next time. However, I will not be ordering another smoothie.

"The food at this restaurant is very fresh and the staff is friendly. However, I was uncomfortable when they sent me a voucher without my consent using Square. I had used a physical card with them, and they used my information without permission to market their business. This unethical behavior made me very wary, especially since I don't even have a Square account."

The coffee is amazing and the staff is friendly. I'm so thankful I discovered this hidden gem!

I only ate once, but I found it pleasant. I'd go back there if the opportunity arises.

I love the English man breakfast sandwich. Excellent Caramel Frappe! I like the cappuccino!
