Olives - Hilton Rockville

This was our first time there as it came with a friend's recommendations. We were quite pleased with the quality of the food as well as the prices. There were 2 parties there so there service was understandably slow, but it was worth the wait. That said our waiter was very cordial and attentive. We were also happy to discover free jazz on Saturday pm. Great 4 piece group. Afterward we walked around to find the hotel is built around a huge, lovely atrium. Most impressive. We will definitely be back.

We were so displeased with the menu and service for Mother’s Day that we left after drinking a coffee and a soda. I ordered a Bloody Mary that never came, the waitress insisted on us getting the breakfast buffet, there was no brunch menu, and they don’t serve their entrees until after 5:00. Overall a big disappointment, so we left and went to Matchbox across the street.

Went there during audio show so there was a live band. Buffett did not have much choice but main courses on Menu were good. It was much better than your average Applebee’s but by no means. fine dining as I expected.

Gilberto our waiter was phenomenal! So attentive and nice to our kids. We were impressed with the breakfast buffet and the ambiance. We will definitely go back!
