Yummy bubble tea and good service. The inside is clean, with the tables and chairs stashed away. Lots of standing space with a few places where you can sit to wait for your bubble tea. Service that day was a bit slow. But there was only 2 staff people and they had been in the process of a large order (at least 10 drinks) that had been ordered ahead before we entered the store. Otherwise, the staff was friendly and efficient. The bubble tea was as good as usual.

It's a Bubble Tea Square. You order to the touchscreen panels and give u a number for pickup at the counter. They offer a wide range of drinks.

A neat place with some seatings inside. Space seems large enough. Have bubble tea and other drinks, Mochi donut, egg waffles, etc. Has 2 order machines but not working when we were there.

My friends and I have visited this place several times for bubble tea and egg waffle cones with ice cream. Some of the drinks are hit or miss. The last one I got, Strawberry and Creme Brulee, was amazing.

Large selection of drinks and customization, can be a bit overwhelming the first visit. Can order at the register or one of the two self-service kiosks. My purchased beverage was enjoyable. Interior was a bit small, it was very busy when we arrived but luckily there was a single open table for us to sit at. Only possible issue with this location is the parking, free parking at the front can be limited. You can find metered parking on the side streets and there is a pay-to-park garage in the rear of the building.
