First Watch - Rockville

Horrible experience!! My husband and I tried to go eat brunch at the restaurant located in Rockville. When we came in we only had one couple in front us. The lady at the front told us it would be just a 10 min wait since we were the second ones in the waiting list, my husband gave our number for them to text us when our table was ready. Meanwhile we were waiting inside the restaurant. After us people started coming in. After twenty minutes of waiting I realized a family of four who came after us got sat before us. I didn’t mind it. After that another family that came after us got sat. Then a young couple of two who came 30 min later than us got sat before us. I went to ask why that was happening and one of the girls lied saying that they where here before us and when I was trying to explain here that was not the case because we literally came in second and her coworker said it was just a 10 min wait she proceeded to cut me off and tell me with an attitude “ Well are you going to eat her or not you’re next”. I said yes and then I asked to her coworker who checked us in why is this happening and she point at an empty table and said we’ll clean this for you and you guys can sit. They cleaned the table and they proceeded to sat in that table a family that just checked in. When I tried to complain I was completely ignored.

Really good food! The staff was helpful and the service was prompt.

Wait stuff was great and food was pretty good. I had the shrimp n carita which I thought were excellent

Had brunch today and my experience was 10/10.The food was delicious, our server Hernan was really welcoming and helpful about the menu.I highly recommend the Rockville location.
