Paradise Key Dockside Grill - Rockport

The food seemed to come out of a box and wasn't hot. My husband and I believe that, as it wasn't at the right temperature when it served, it caused us to have upset stomachs. We have taken most of our foods to properly heat it ourselves. In my opinion, it seems more of a tourist place than any locals we spoke to, this as a place to check. Brooklyn, our server was very friendly and the spot/decor was funny!

This is my first time here. Parking was a breeze, we sat right away. Our waitress was Janie and she was wonderful.. I ordered margaritas and they were in the place. We started with raw oysters, big and brilliant. Great for the beginning. I then ate the Shrimp Brochette Plate, not the best I ever had, but very good... Also green beans and pommes were good. Service was great, manager visited and she was nice, bathroom were clean, ambience was good. I had a good time and would definitely come back.

Great place!! Bait shop next door!!???small fishing pier with boat ramp!! Fish cleaning station!! Bar and grill is the other neighbor, open but under construction!! Dockside atmosphere and theme inside!! Full bar!! Very busy, immediate seating,but short wait time for food and service,and excellent food,reasonably priced!! Friendly smiling staff, all of them!! My sister, a fishing Rockport local, brought me here for our birthdays lunch!! We get to celebrate together since I'm here on vacation this year!! I'll be back again, it was a great afternoon with a spectacular view!! Next time I'm going to have the etouffee on the deck!!? I saw it on the menu after I ordered my fried oyster Po Boy!!??next time, tho, next time!!? ??????????????

This is a great place to have some really good seafood. We enjoyed the atmosphere and didn't have to wait too long in line to be seated. The staff was a bit short-handed, but they flat out worked their tails off with great service. The only disappointment is that we were told it was live music but found that it was a DJ. He was not friendly when asking for song requests. We had dinner on the inside but think next time we will go to the outdoor dining area. Oh, and the raw oysters are real. That meaning they are still attached to the shell and don't come out of a can!

Loved our food here! The soft shell crab was absolutely amazing! We enjoyed our food and drinks plus it was a great atmosphere and service. You can see the ocean from pretty much every table and it was breathtaking. Would highly recommend.
