A local favorite, fried chicken is best to be found. Service also very good on a busy night.

I love to cook and am very economical, so we don't go out to eat much, but when we do, we like to enjoy food that we can't make at home. 18 Central is our favorite spot for special-occasion dinners and they never fail to impress. The quality of the ingredients, the presentation, the sauces, and the service are all outstanding, far exceeding what I could achieve at home. The atmosphere is cozy, the staff friendly, and the overall vibe is laid-back. We are thankful for this hidden gem of a restaurant!

The food and service at this restaurant were absolutely amazing! It's not a pretentious place, but not casual either. There's great food and a great atmosphere to enjoy. The outside seating is comfortable too. We were very impressed and will definitely be returning.

We had a truly memorable meal at 18 Central. My husband took me there for my birthday, and with an advance reservation, the menu given to me had 'happy birthday ' printed at the top, a fun detail. From the selection of raw bar oysters to entrée to dessert, everything was flawless and exceptionally prepared. I had the Arctic Char from the menu, and my husband had the BBQ chicken. Each had lovely accompaniments, and every forkful was swoon-worthy. I 've written about this restaurant last year, when with a much larger group, and a later reservation time. The food was similarly wonderful, but timing of seating and timing of service were problematic. This year, just the two of us and an earlier seating, and we had none of those concerns, so I can 't say if they would recur, but that won 't stop us from going again, and again.

We always enjoy our dinners at 18 Central. Their focus on the highest quality fresh local ingredients prepared with creativity means dinner is always outstanding. The drinks are well crafted and the service is friendly and professional. It's our go to for a special meal with friends and visitors.
