Jack In The Box - Rocklin

I made an online order and it was sent to the drive-thru for my pick-up.

If this is the one on Rocklin Rd .I just wanna say Thank You you've got the best staff and you've keep us going this past yr ?? thank you. if your not the one on Rocklin rd well then ...?Kid-friendliness: My granddaughter loves the nuggets

The food was not great! My 8 year old granddaughter and I ate here before attending a school function. I didn't think we had time to go to a sit down dinner. After the school function, my granddaughter ask if we could go to a second dinner, since the Jack in the Box was not great. We went to Chinese and ate, which was great! It is always good to know where NOT to eat.

In this Jack in the Box, whenever I don’t come here, the service and customer focus is terrible. I won't come here again and I don't recommend it to

Drive up got my order wrong. Had to go inside and then was treated like a scammer. Food did not look like anything on the menu. Menu showed items that are not available yet. Extremely disappointed! I used to like Jack in the Box, I guess I will start going to Arby's instead.
