Hungry Jack's Burgers Rocklea

I noticed that while waiting in the drive-thru for over five minutes, I could see the staff sitting inside on their phones. The burgers were supposed to come with lettuce, but there was no sign of it, and the food was poorly prepared. The long wait times and the overall lack of professionalism made it seem like the restaurant is run by inexperienced individuals.

Granted I've literally never had one order come out 100% correct, but I've always had a smile and a friendly attitude from the staff. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

The food was good, but I was disappointed with the 15-minute wait in the drive-thru, which cut into my lunch break. Service: Dine-in Price per person: $1–20.
