First time at Players to see Booty Vortex for a friend’s birthday party. Apps were good and their drinks were good too. The band was so fabulous! Staff was great too. Just wish the manager got the function room party cleared out by 9. The party dragged on til after 9:39 and the band started late. We all had to pay the $20 cover for the band (which was fine—-they were totally worth it) but the function room party did not and they would not clear out so all of the tables were still up which cut the size of the dance floor. We all made the best of it and had a lot of fun, but in the future perhaps it could be more organized and managed better.

Got there Friday 8/25 at 6:25pm my order was taken at 7:50pm. The female bartender pm bartender 2 finally came over to me and said “what”? I asked for coke and gold fever wrap. Walked away without saying anything. Got my food at 8:35pm. I had to ask a waitress where my food was, she walked over to other end of bar picked up my food and brought it over to me, she said “been there a while” I left and got home 5 minutes later with cold food and soggy fries. That was my experience tonight. Check number 150393. The owner is a very nice hardworking and astute businesswoman who runs a good place, I just needed to let her know about my experience tonight so she does not need to reply, I’m sure she will be on this.

Got there at 7:30pm she took my order at 7:50. She(bartender)came over and said “what”? I said chicken wrap and a coke, she just walked away. At 8:35 8:40pm I got my food. Got home in 5 minutes and the food was cold and fries soggy. Threw it away. The waitress I asked to check on my food did say “it’s been there a while”. Wasted $17.12 and an hour of my life I will never get back. There is a black female bartender who is very goodunfortunately I had the other one who looked like she was over being a bartender. The owner is a very hardworking and astute businesswoman who I just wanted to let know my experience tonight. I’m sure she’ll be on this. Just also seems that the better looking you are at the bar, the better service you get, which the female patron next to me told me and I agreed.
