Thai By The Sea Restaurant - Rockingham

I rarely complain about the gas friendship (here pathetic hospitality workers here) and certainly nothing about imperfections, but this was probably the worst service I have experienced. we waited 30 minutes to get one of the menu points not available, 40 minutes to prawn cracker, to be brought out, and over an hour for eating that never arrived. I asked how long it would be when we had an event to visit afterwards ( allowed us to dinner 1.5 hours, so we had enough time) and was told that next we should not be long. 10 minutes later we asked if it could be packed to take with us, but another 10 minutes later, when we said that we had to leave absolutely and pay for the bangs, it was not ready yet and several irrelevant excuses were made. the rest of the guests came to us and were served as well as permanent pick-up orders.

We went with friends to thai at the sea. when we arrived, the restaurant was very busy. the staff was very friendly and patient. the food was absolutely delicious. we ordered 4 dishes and shared everything between 4 of us. there was a lot of food....I thought the Satay sticks were a little missing in satay, but that was inferior. we had a great night and will definitely be customers again.

Where in rockingham on new years looking for somewhere to have our evening meal, thai faces at the sea, gave them a call and got a booking. When we arrived, we expected that we were in a rear corner, but had a nice one. table for 2 through the window. we ordered a few dishes, including special fried rice with garnel, but when it arrived, it was ananas fried rice with garnelen. my man cannot eat ananas that he did not discover until we had eaten some garnels, he called the waiter who had apologized, removed the court 10 minutes later with a piping-hot fresh dish made of special fried rice. they apologised again when we left what we thought was extraordinary.

Worst experience we ever had in a restaurant. After we waited for our food for an hour and fifteen minutes, we said that they lost our order and only gave it to the kitchen. no offer of compensation, no proper apologies, it didn't matter to them. they. absolutely unacceptable.

**** service, slcrap food. Rude girl on phone after order delivery was an hour late....cold, under rated food, over priced, don't do it.
