Han's Cafe - Rockingham

Hans rockingham really dropped her game. I have always ordered the same chilli chicken w rice, but the last 3-5 orders were very despicable. it did not taste fresh. not as before. So today I decided to give them a last attempt. I have even explained about the phone what it was that I was not happy and specifically asked for fresh food I also found there old chef/cook left December 2015. that seemed to explain the decline of quality and taste of food. when I came home. I have reviewed the order and it has actually said that freshly cooked chili huhn freshly cooked rice shouldn't be a norm? I have taken away my journey. read more

Service was terrible, brought us to a dirty table even the restaurant was under a quarter full, then cleaned table with dirty cloth had to rotate it. Eating was ok, very cheap, but just ok taste.

Hans cafe rockingham, disgusting food, bad management, awful customer service and daylight robbery. You want a great experience. a rare lunch with my daughter ended with a feeling very angry at a management decision about paying for sub standard food and feeling very demolished!

Eating is okay, for the goodbye I would rather hans than a burger place. every time we make calls in an order, it will be 20-25 minutes and every time, without any mistake, eating is not ready until a good 40 minutes after ordering. very frustrating!

Very poor service. drinks and food come out scattered and not in one go. main was served whilst eating starters and the last main arrived (after asking when it is coming) when my friend had already finished their main course. Dessert came late and also forgot about one. we complaint and got laughed at and also still waiting for a reply via email after sending a detailed complaint through over a week ago. Even after going again mid week, service was again very poor. That truly is the last time i visited.
