Miss India - Rockhampton

We have been to this restaurant since it first opened, and we have never experienced consistency. However, the meal we had today was the worst we have ever had. The naan bread, curry, and samosas were so bad that we had to throw them out. This will be the last time we dine here, as the quality was extremely poor.

This restaurant was terrible. The tikka masala was incredibly spicy - it burned my lips, made my eyes water, and my nose run. The heat was so intense that I couldn't even taste the flavors. Even my son, who usually eats anything, couldn't finish his dish because it was too spicy and messy. The only redeeming factor was that the naan bread was delicious.

We ordered a lamb vindaloo and a chicken tikka masala. Initially, we tried to order a lamb and potato dish that was listed on the menu, but our server kindly informed us that it was not available at this restaurant. The vindaloo had a strong flavor and was quite spicy, while the tikka masala was milder but still delicious. Overall, it was a satisfying meal.

The butter chicken, very sweet with no seasoning until I got my garlic bread, was the meal cold, you have to order the brot after the meal, something really silly, good price but disappointing, said the north rocky better.

Miss India is well worth a visit when in Rocky. It has a large selection of meat and vegetarian (might even be vegan, can't quite be sure) curries at great value. All are ready and potted up as required, which means very little waiting. We...paid $15 for two curries and rice served in a large container. Plenty of food for my wife and son, which they really enjoyed. There was also a selection of desserts which looked very tasty. Well worth a visit.
