Gloria Jean's Rockdale

I walked by and decided to stop in for a cup of coffee. The service was quick and efficient, and the coffee was served piping hot. However, I was disappointed by the dirty bathroom that appeared to not have been cleaned for a while.

I visited this Gloria Jeans location in Sydney for afternoon tea, but I was not happy with the experience. The cakes served were stale and not fresh - they were more like rock cakes than cupcakes. The cheesecake was frozen and had a shocking taste. The staff were friendly, but I won't be returning to this location. I hope they can improve the freshness of their food offerings in the future.

Stopped for a coffee after lunch and although service was a little slow and confusing, coffee was served hot. Orders got a little mixed up which managed to raise a smile amongst us all.

It was better than Starbucks, which I appreciated. The coffee wasn't extremely bitter or grainy like I remembered Gloria Jeans being, or like Starbucks sometimes is. However, it was too weak and frothy for my taste. Despite being overpriced, it was still drinkable if you find yourself in a shopping center.

Walk past and dropped in for a coffee. Service was fast and efficient and the coffee was served hot. Let down qith a disgusting bathroom; not cleaned for some time it appears.
