フィードバックを提供するWhere should I start? Place, 4/5. It's in the mall, so there's not much to complain here. It is in a good place, and there is access from outside the shopping center. Cleanliness, 2/5. The tables were not very clean, nor were the seats. The utensils were also dirty, with dirt stains on 2 of the 4 forks. Eat, 4/5. The food is usually good at Red Robins, and this place was not much of an exception. I had better Red Robin's food, but it was just under the base. Service, 0/5. We came and got a table, even though we wanted a stand. Half of the stands were unused, but they probably had no personnel. The server took 10 minutes to even ask about drinks. As soon as we got them, we asked a few minutes, not the 15 minutes more to return him. Then we waited 20 minutes to get food. From there we waited great time, sometimes 15 minutes for him to return, so we could get fillings for frits or drinks. The absent mindfulness of the server was an absolute no-go for us. We even went ahead to ask after we had waited these 10 minutes if we were waiting to order our food. When they broke out the food, they lacked some of the dishes and sauces we had ordered. In addition, the receipt show that we ordered garlic fries that we did not order. I don't recommend this place to anyone. 1/5 stars.
They obviously desperately need more staff based on the experience we had. The place was not busy at all, and yet it took quite a few minutes for anyone to even come out and seat us. The utensils we received were dirty. I saw a fruit fly hovering around our table. They were out of stock of a lot of things, such as wraps, chicken, etc. The burgers were fine and nothing to complain about. But everything else such as service, cleanliness, and menu offerings, needs improvement.
Love the burgers and sauces here, Sarah our waitress was awesome, hard worker and pleasant. Also had a good experience at Easton red Robin, seems like the company hires good people. Wanna go back soon hopefully Sarah working!
Server was great! However the order was totally incorrect and manager never even came to table. Look at the attached rotten avocado they served my wife!
It's been ages since I've been to Red Robin and stopped in Thursday with my best friend to grab dinner around 830. Luckily it wasn't super busy and everyone was spaced out seating wise. Shout out to our server Kelly for taking excellent care of us all night. The service was fast and the burgers were grilled perfectly to how we wanted them prepared. Kelly went above and beyond with checking on us and providing the customer care and experience you look for when dining out. I hope her manager sees this review and can share the praise with her. Well deserved and she was working hard to cover her tables. Five stars ????? for Kelly My only constructive feedback is the burger patties definitely shrunk from what I remember a few years ago for their signature burgers. What happened to the thicker 8 oz ones?
