El Cancun - Rock Hill

By far the best Mexican food I've had in a while. Margaritas are excellent!! Will be going back!!

Server did not check on out table. It was so loud we could not have a conversation at the table. Bathroom was unclean. The service was good, but the food was terrible tonight. The Chile Verde was mostly broth with very little meat, the rice was hard, and the mixed fajitas had overcooked chicken, steak, and shrimp. The cheese dip was thick and had a strange bitter taste without jalapeños. The Margarita was too sweet and clear, not a good combination. I was very disappointed. Perhaps it's best not to go on a Monday? I believe the usual cooks were not in the kitchen tonight, as the food is usually much better. Miguel, however, was a great server.
