Burger King - Rock Hill

The young man driving thru is always very respectful and friendly. He's calm, but really a wonderful person. I didn't get his name, but he tries to make sure my order is correct if he has the time or is the one who takes the order. The young woman who took my order on the other side had an attitude when I repeated myself because the order on the screen was not correct. The chefs always mess(s) something in my order, although it never fails. This time, pickles were on my husband's double chopper with cheese after I didn't say pickles on the chopper. Put the eye roll in here. This time, they got my daughter's simple double stalker king, but the lg of my daughter as half onion rings she doesn't eat. It's always a hit or miss in any fast food restaurant.

My orders are constantly wrong or incomplete when going through the drive thru. only reason not giving them 1 star is after noticing this pattern i still dont fully check my order when i leave. usually dont stop when its packed so not sure why it seems to happen so often. i would go to another location for your burger king fix.

The new plant based Whopper might be acceptable if they didn 't 'flame broil ' the patty so long. Like the regular Whopper, it is cooked so long one can taste a butane like flavor which absolutely ruined the sandwich. For what they now charge, it is a shame I 'm totally turned off Burger King.

The casher was just there for a check. She didn't want to be there when you walk up what happened to welcome to Burger King can I help you. Instead she just looks at you like what. Then can you please get the order right she asked what size I said large she charge me for it. Then give me something else I told her it was wrong she it wasn't I show her the receipt and she say oh. The facility was flithy. The tables were dirty and the floors in the main dining room were greasy. My husband almost slipped. The front counter person was playing on his phone when a customer was waiting to order. Also I received my fries and they had something green on them mixed in with the salt.
