Burger King - Rock Hill

I had a good meal that was served in a timely manner, but there was an issue with the waitress who was quite rude. She addressed my husband as "Darling," which I found disrespectful, and I didn't appreciate it at all. I can't recall her name, but I think it was Macey or Megan. It's hard to believe that such behavior is tolerated. Normally, I have pleasant experiences with helpful and respectful staff who handle my orders, but this time was different and left me feeling confused.

I'm giving this restaurant 4 stars because I had to wait a bit for my order. Otherwise, it’s my favorite spot for food during my third shift! The food is consistently delicious. Tonight, I ordered two servings of chicken nuggets, and they were absolutely amazing—only $1.00 for 10 nuggets!

My food was only okay. I ordered onion rings and forgot to mention that I prefer them fresh. Instead, they were greasy and looked like they had been sitting out for a while. Why serve old food? I wish the younger staff would take more pride in their work and in serving customers. There's definitely room for improvement, even compared to fast food places like Burger King.

The young man driving thru is always very respectful and friendly. He's calm, but really a wonderful person. I didn't get his name, but he tries to make sure my order is correct if he has the time or is the one who takes the order. The young woman who took my order on the other side had an attitude when I repeated myself because the order on the screen was not correct. The chefs always mess(s) something in my order, although it never fails. This time, pickles were on my husband's double chopper with cheese after I didn't say pickles on the chopper. Put the eye roll in here. This time, they got my daughter's simple double stalker king, but the lg of my daughter as half onion rings she doesn't eat. It's always a hit or miss in any fast food restaurant.

My orders are constantly wrong or incomplete when going through the drive thru. only reason not giving them 1 star is after noticing this pattern i still dont fully check my order when i leave. usually dont stop when its packed so not sure why it seems to happen so often. i would go to another location for your burger king fix.
