Applebee's Grill - Rock Hill

They seem to be heavily underused, but our server was friendly. The food took something out, but was fresh and delicious.

Didn't stay long. Wasn't busy for a Sunday so walked in and had to wait. Looked like maybe the manager and another waitress or two. Wife and kids ordered and our food was good but wasn't checked on when the waitress passed by a few times just to see if everything was good or drink refills (although I think once) but didn't say anything to us until my wife said when I went to the bathroom or could've been on our way out and she's at the bar and we're sitting near the bar! Even if you're busy and you're quickly walking by, ask if everything's ok. The manager he was nice though. Didn't have what my daughter wanted on the menu but still what we got was good although got child easy maybe from the AC not sure.

Nasty and trifling food service. I ordered on postmates and THIS IS WHAT I got? Ya'll couldn't even package it correctly? It was cold and spilled and dirty. PLEASE avoid this location, I have a friend who worked there a while back at this EXACT location and she just told me they have a SERIOUS roach problem. I tried calling them just now, but they have the phone disconnected because they know they're nasty and doing things wrong.

Awful experience. We got seated, waited 20 minutes to be greeted and then once we were greeted the server took drink orders and never returned. Had to ask a manager for drinks. Keep in mind this location was not busy. Maybe 6 tables in the whole restaurant. The place is dirty, ceiling is leaking water onto he floor in several places. Ended up walking out. Save yourself some time and pick somewhere else to eat.

Nope done with Applebees FOREVER....THEY MARSHAL MATHERED our $68 ordered. Pictures below! Honey mustard was supposed to be cheese, three finger prints in the mashed potatoes, and spit in the Alfredo! I highly suggest staying far away from this restaurant!!
