Little Caesars Pizza - Rock Falls

Wish they knew how to answer a phone, don?t have the money on my card but in cash an I have called a few times since they been open

I am very satisfied with my order today. The pizza was perfect, breadsticks n sauce was excellent. One more thing that made it great, was the sauce was filled to the top of container. Thank you little chasers in rock falls, illinois

Ordered online and the store is closed, its 11:49 a.m. Door dash is sitting outside with me wondering what is going on, more people are coming to get the orders they placed online. Mismanaged is an understatement but then again it is Little Ceasars soidk why id expect anything less.

I ordered 2 deep dish pizzas and both were not fully cooked. Raw drough under the cheese. Not good paid $23 for partially cooked pizza not good.

Service was awful 2 people looked at me standing at the counter and walked away, the lady who finally came to the counter had a horrible attitude. I asked for 3 ranch and 3 jalapeno and cheese dip cups she rings them up so I told her I already paid forthem when I placed my order she looks at my order and tells me there is only 2 ranch on the order. I go to my truck and get myphone which shows all the sauces she throws the rest on the counter I say thank you she replies with yep . I get home my pizzaisn 't cut all the way through and my stuffed crazy bread seems as tho it is not even cooked just soggy do with cheese in it. Andthis is not the first time we have received bad service from this little Ceasars.
