Rice in rice pudding not cooked was hard. Hot fudge sundae was mediocre. Fudge too thick to coat the ice cream. Our server was the best. Very polite and efficient.
I had the off menu Coney Island omelette. Service is always friendly and fast.
Great staff, great menu. They always have consistency.
I really don 't like leaving reviews like this but...Meh...Won 't stop here again on purpose.Service wasn 't good. Coffee got cold and empty several times, and I was the only one drinking coffee at my table. The server only checked on us one single time during our meal. And it 's not like they were busy. Lunch rush was over, they still had plenty of servers on the floor, and they weren 't busy...but they WERE too busy chatting to attend their tables properly. Even trying to flag any server down, netted zero results. I 'm only going to wave like an idiot for so long.I wanted ranch for my fries, but had forgotten to ask in advance...by the time she came back, I had eaten 3 fries, and they were already cold, I no longer wanted ranch. Not a single empty dish or anything else was removed from our table while we were eating. Leo 's does the thing where they only bring human sized napkins, wrapped around the silverware bundles. And if you need any more, they have a dispenser of doll/barbie towel sized napkins, the thickness of single ply, septic safe toilet tissue with which you can aggravate yourself. We had my toddler with us, so we had a literal mountain of them at the edge of the table, which was just left to ascend the heights. We eventually piled Mt. Shame onto our empty plates, that were never removed.None of the food was well put together or very tasty at all. My mom 's Reuben was kinda sad. My Gyro was super not impressive. It was assembled poorly (lamb sliced too thick and stacked flat on bottom, only a few tomatoes and onions sprinkled on top), was overly messy (tzatziki sauce just oozed out the top/sides and didn 't coat the lamb at all or even help to hold in the tomatoes or onions). Fell apart from the first bite and didn 't get any better. Lamb flavor was decent.Kids ' cheeseburger and fries portion was big. Which was nice, especially considering the almost $10 price tag. It would have been more appropriate to have a smaller, less expensive portion for the children 's menu... My 3 year old racked up a nearly $20 bill all by herself, after the meal, juice and mac n cheese. And she ate probably 3 bites of the burger and 4 bites of mac n cheese. Mac and cheese was liquidy and nearly flavorless. I managed to turn the leftovers into a serviceable dish at home by adding a ton of cheese, a little milk and some roasted pulled pork...Even the fries were sad. Some had burnt flecks of fryer debris on them. At first we thought it was pepper...nope, not pepper, just bad fryer maintenance. And all of them were slightly undercooked and tasted like old fryer oil.For the amount of money we spent on this, next time I 'll just deal with a hangry toddler while I buy groceries and cook my own food...yes, it was THAT not worth it. High point and kudos to the random young blonde server (not our server) who actually engaged my daughter for a few moments while I paid the bill.At no point were we offered crayons or anything for the tiny one...I would NOT describe our experience there as, kid-friendly ...Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly, don 't even have placemats or crayons for the little ones. Kid 's menu portions are huge and their prices are full portion menu item pricing for kids ' items.
