Jersey Mike's Subs - Rochester Hills

I went to this store yesterday at 10:30 and was greeted by the manager Hunter. I usually order online or go to another place closer to my office, but recently have stopped at this place. Hunter made my special turkey/salami request. He was extremely polite, made sure I wasn't rushed and the order was correct. I always welcome wonderful talent when I see it! Great manager and service!

My 1st time at this location and I have to compliment the team . Super friendly and the store was immaculate. I didn’t feel rushed to order like at other locations or scolded for telling the wrong person my topping selections and having to repeat myself. The staff truly worked as a team at this location. I also used my birthday coupon in addition to the other items I ordered and the whole team wished me a happy birthday. I know it may be a small gesture, but it was an added touch which brightened my very busy day. Now the food.. well that’s a given. Jersey Mikes is always the freshest with the best quality meats and toppings. It’s why we choose JM’s over any of the competitors! However the level of customer service I received is an added bonus and what prompted me to write this review! Keep up the great work. I hope this review makes your day like your kindness made mine.

The Chipotle Steak and Cheese is amazing!! The workers are quickly friendly and efficient! Definitely come back! I work next door and they always seem super busy (the people in and out all day)

Literally saved the wedding when we ran out of food...staff responded and made 12 GIANT subs for us in about 9 minutes. Everyone was full and happy, huge thanks to this location for coming in clutch for us!

I had never tried Jersey Mike's before, but I was really impressed. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful—they even let me sample a slice of the meat before I chose my sandwich. Plus, they had my favorite bread: rosemary parmesan! The toppings were just the right amount, and everything tasted so fresh. It was delicious! This has definitely become my new favorite sub shop.
