Burger King - Rochester Hills

Brought back an order because it was clearly old...they took the rest of the batch, microwaved it and served it to me. I'm able to scratch the plastic dash of my car with this little overcooked chicken shiv. I eat here 3-6 times a week this is sad and clearly a health issue. Aug 27th 2023 update Not going to be too wordy as the previous portion of this review did a pretty solid job depicting what to expect from this location. Had an issue with an order last night in which the acting manager at that time seemed to feel was worth compensation for after showing him pictures of what I was served. Went in to grab a juice and some french toast sticks...my Sunday thing when I work, I asked if I could redeem my $16 credit and I was asked about the bad food by the manager that was on duty at the time of the incident. I asked what a normal portion of chicken for your wrap was. Her description of an appropriate amount was a halved fillet. Ok well I didn't get that...on any of my wrap of which there were three. I'm attaching a photo. They didn't forget tomatoes I excluded them. I walked out and don't plan to return despite this location having some amazing people on staff. Also next time if you don't want to make a shake I can just come back there and do it myself : would love to hear from the franchisee in regard to this. You already have my personal number from the last incident!

Their spicy crispy chicken sandwich burger food option thingy is well done, expertly crafted, and professionally prepared. (This review was posted earlier this year, and my update written as of July, is that I still agree with the above statement.

Waited a LONG time at the first window (payment window) without being able to pay. Was told I was waiting to pay until after my food was made (all fresh). Got my food, amd my fries were old and the fish was BEYOND its normal shelf life. I worked for another BK for a few years and knows when a fish is ready to pitch and drop new... this was well beyond that point.

We won’t ever be back to this BK on Rochester Rd. 126865 I was missing food and said the order wasn’t right . The Manager older Man told me to shut up! My daughter is special need and just gratuated TODAY goes to this BK and got her special day ruined

Finally able to eat inside a fast food restaurant. Always love the burgers. Only drawback is they could of provided napkins and mustard and ketchup.
