The Arnett Cafe - Rochester

I?ve lived in the South most of my life and this homey restaurant definitely had a Southern vibe to it. I ordered beef sausage, eggs, and grits. My wife ordered chicken and Belgian waffle. It was delicious. I?d come here again the next time I?m in Rochester.

Went here a 2nd time and everything was great!! I love this restaurant. We got a chance to meet one of the owners Norman who was very nice. Thanks Arnett Cafe this is one of our favorite restaurants in town ???????????

This place was ok. Great service. Small and cute. I tried the fish and grits (haddock) with a side of salmon cakes which was not good at all. The flavors were not there for me. I would revisit it again though.

I had the most incredible experience at this restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly. I can’t wait to go back! We ordered the chicken and waffles, and they were fantastic! The chicken was perfectly cooked, and the waffles were among the best I've ever tasted. We also tried a side of shrimp, which was a bit on the pricey side and probably won’t be a regular order for us, but it was still very tasty! If you ever get the chance, you should definitely check this place out! I’ll be returning very soon.

I want to start by saying that the customer service was outstanding! The young gentleman who took my order over the phone was incredibly professional and truly in his element. Now, about the timing: my order was ready as soon as I arrived, and the staff made sure to include all the sauces without me having to ask. Now, let’s talk about those waffles—they were delicious and wonderfully fluffy! Overall, my first experience at this restaurant was fantastic. It’s even more special knowing it’s black-owned; we really need to support one another. A big shoutout to the entire staff—you’ve definitely gained a regular customer. Thank you and blessings to all!
