Texas Roadhouse - Rochester

This was my first time. We were a party of 5 for my special needs son birthday. They took a party of 5 that came after me and sat them first. If it wasn't for my son wanting to be there I would have left. Then the host tried to lie to my face about it. Our waiter was not consistent, rushed us and forget things we ordered. The two young ladies that bought our food to the table were pleasant. They should've been our waitresses. Never again will I spend my money at your establishment.

Amazing food! I love their dinner rolls. Great customer service, great atmosphere. Great staff. One of the few decent family friendly places left. Did I mention that the food was great?! Will return for more. Give it a try. You will not be disappointed!Food: 5/5

We always have great service here, food is excellent. This time we brought our 18 month old son and it went great! He colored in the kids menu and enjoyed the general atmosphere. There were booster seats available, they brought his food out first and it went really smoothly. Not always easy taking a toddler out to eat but the staff really helped.Kid-friendliness: High chairs, booster seats, kids menu with crayons.

Greece N.Y. Texas Roadhouse the food was good and margaritas too but flies flying around restaurant is disgusting and filthy dusty ceilings too ; needs attention because is a good restaurant needs better cleaning

The wait staff have been friendly each of the 4 times I have come in here. My meal has always been fantastic, and the portions have always been very generous. I strongly suggest their blooming onion, and their hand cut sirloin. Never disappoints!For a steak restaurant, I feel that thier prices are very fair, and thier cuts are some of the best I have experienced in the Rochester area.
