Taco Bell - Rochester

Ordered dinner for the family tonight and received only a part of our order, most of the order was missing and they didnt give our dasher the drinks. Disappointing for all the extra fees you pay for the convenience. On top of that my dasher was rude and nonchalant, acted as if he was confused when I asked him if they gave him our drinks at least.

They really need to take their time because each time I place an order, something is always wrong—either they forget items, send the wrong food or drinks, or completely mix up my order. Don’t get me wrong, the food is delicious; it's just the service that needs improvement.

The Breakfast Crunchwrap with sausage was delicious; however, I wish it were a bit larger since it was about the size of a sausage patty. Given the price, though, it felt reasonable. The Breakfast Quesadilla with sausage was also fantastic—well-made and flavorful! Overall, it was a great experience.

This Taco Bell has yet to mess up my order, unlike the one on Ridge, where they got it wrong almost every time. The food here is consistently good. We all know what Taco Bell is—delicious comfort food wrapped in a tortilla!

The staff seemed quite slow and indifferent, as if they considered themselves above the restaurant's service. It felt like they were uninterested in taking my order. Overall, I would rate the food a 3 out of 5.
