Taco Bell - Rochester

This Taco Bell location really needs improvement. The lines are extremely long—I waited 40 minutes to get through today. There’s no one working inside, which doesn’t help. They also consistently mess up my orders. I love the food, but that's only when they actually get my order right.

Ordered last night. The food was nasty. The meat tasted funny. Had to throw out my other half of grilled cheese burrito

The food was excellent, but I had to wait 30 minutes in line at the drive-thru. The outdoor menu was hard to see because it was poorly lit and too small, which made ordering take twice as long and quite confusing. When I finally reached the window, the employee bombarded me with questions for some survey I wasn't aware of. I just wanted to get my food. At one point, the employee even suggested that I try a different location next time, which struck me as odd since I hadn’t mentioned anything about the wait. It raised a red flag and made me wonder if there was something wrong.

I placed an order for $13 at 7.39 p.m. on Sep 2, 2023, at Taco Bell at 1605 E. Ridge Road, Rochester, NY 14621. I arrived at 8 p.m., checked in with a middle aged lady, and waited. And waited, and waited for 40 minutes!!! At 8.10 p.m. I asked that lady about my order, and she said that I was second in line. I kept waiting, and many people came and left; I asked one of them when he placed his order, and he said at 8.53 14 minutes after me. That lady was totally incompetent, so I had to call the manager. He could not find the order so I had to show him my confirmation email. In short, a $13 order of two items took 1 hour to complete, and a couple of conversations..

Staff is super friendly, food was good and made correctly!
