Panera Bread - Rochester

I usually love going here but today left a sour taste in my mouth. I ordered my food and when it was ready I grabbed it and found a table. A few minutes later an employee brings out some kind of salad and told me I forgot it. I said I did not order that and was told I was charged for it and to take it up to the register for a refund. Now a little bit of context here the salad had feta cheese (I'm allergic), olives (ewww), lettuce (In lettuce intolerant). So there is no way I would have ordered this salad. I went to the front a manager came out and told me she would refund the $11 and change. She told me I had to put it back on the card I used and that was fine. 6 hours later and I still have not received my refund. And of course stupid me didn't get copies of any of the receipts. Buyer beware.

Not very good coming at night very bad service. Cashier was not at all friendly. I would never come in at this time and I would not recommend to anyone if they just want to have a coffee and talk at night with friends or family.

Went to drive thru lane. Person ahead of us ordered what must have been a big order because it took so long. Then we ordered and pulled up behind him. We sat in drive thru lane for 15 minutes. Finally got to window to pay and it took another 5minutes to get our 3 bagels.

Food was ok, seemed expensive. I would rather not have to retrieve my food, just personal preference. Good baked goods!

First and last time I'll eat here. Had a baja warm grain bowl with no added meat, paid ten bucks for a bowl that was less than half full. Not filling at all. See picture. Evidently they need to not fill the bowls in their pictures and commercials.
