フィードバックを提供するI placed an order and it has been 30 minutes past the promised delivery time. When I tried to call the restaurant, the number was out of service. My boyfriend informed me that he doesn't believe this restaurant actually exists, even though we live in the neighborhood and he knows where the address is. It appears to be a house. I would rate the service as 1 out of 5.
Never giving them business again. My Co worker and I ordered through grub hub are breakfast this morning. Apparently they deliver there own food so it doesn 't even track through the app. It has been over 1.5 hrs and no food. I have called this restaurant 10 times trying to find my order and nobody will answer the phone. Clearly they lack the ability to manage there responsibilities to the consumer. I wish zero stars was possible. So I thank you for ruining are morning and failing to do the only job you have which is to serve food.
The food was good. I had a decent portion for the price and the prices are reasonable. Ordered on Uber eats
I waited for over an hour for an omelet at this restaurant, even though I live nearby. After two hours, the status of my order said it was delivered by the restaurant's own driver, which was not true. When I called the restaurant, a young child answered and informed me that my order was cancelled without me even saying anything. When I asked about a refund, the child said they didn't know what that meant. I called multiple times and still only spoke to the child. Eventually, I had to file a police report because the restaurant had taken money from my bank account. The police advised me to have my bank cancel the charge. Three hours later, the restaurant finally called me. I chose not to answer, as I did not want to deal with them anymore. I highly recommend avoiding this restaurant at all costs. It would be great if there was an option to give zero stars for this experience.
Hash browns tasted like they were fried an old grease and they were soaking with grease. The eggs were terrible I know that's an even real butter on the toast
