John Hardy's -b Q - Rochester

The food was outstanding! It far surpasses the other restaurant. Every dish was absolutely delicious!

I've visited this restaurant under its current name at four different locations over the past 40 years. First, I went to the original spot on 3rd Ave SE, where I first met John. I've also been to the North location numerous times, and I've dined at the Broadway South location twice. The 18th Ave NW location by Cedarwood was open for only a brief period. Overall, the ribs at all locations are fantastic, and the sauce is outstanding. I find the cole slaw to be a perfect blend as well.

The variety of sandwiches is fantastic! The coleslaw is the best I've ever tasted, and the sauces are full of flavor! Service is quick too!

My family has been going to John Hardy's for years. We usually order takeout. The staff are very nice, and the food is always amazing. Personal recommendations are the shredded pork, jojos, baked beans and the fried okra. Match with any of the BBQ sauces as they are all great.

I will definitely be trying this place again. I've heard such good things about it and then I ate there.
