Arby's - Rochester

We experienced a computer issue while placing our order, but the manager handled the situation remarkably well, even with the stress it involved. He deserves recognition, even if I can't share his name. The rest of the staff was attentive as well. This happened during lunchtime on March 18th, and I must say the fish sandwiches were fantastic!

The Hague Shaw is an exceptional Shift Manager at Arby's! Despite the long drive-thru line, I chose to go inside, and I was pleasantly surprised by how well things were running, even during such a busy time. The team was clearly in sync! Their warm greetings, enthusiasm, and excellent communication made my experience enjoyable and efficient, making the bustling atmosphere feel much less overwhelming. The manager demonstrated impressive leadership and set a great example of customer service, turning what I expected to be a long visit into a quick and pleasant one. If you're in the area, definitely stop by Arby's – you won't be disappointed!
