I've only visited this restaurant once. The food was enjoyable, but I found it to be quite expensive, and I believe they only accepted cash payments.

Her initial response was, "Yeah, I was going to cancel this order because we don’t deliver this far, especially on a Friday since I only have one driver." I reminded her that I'd ordered from them multiple times before, including on weekends, and had never needed to call to check on my delivery. I mentioned I would be leaving a review about this interaction, and she hung up on me. Here's a tip from someone with nearly 10 years of experience in customer service: a simple response like, "Hi, I apologize for the inconvenience. I'm aware of the delay, and the driver is on their way. Just so you know, we typically do not deliver this far on Fridays due to limited staff," goes a long way in being courteous. I have no complaints about the food itself, but the staff definitely needs training on how to communicate with customers.

I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich, but the amount of sausage was minimal—I could barely taste it. The sandwich ended up just tasting like bread and salt. They also charged me a dollar for a single slice of tomato. Paying $8.59 for a breakfast sandwich and a water is outrageous, especially given the current economic situation. I definitely won’t be coming back here.

Generous portions and solid quality but not the greatest taste or customer service at times.Edit: A puzzling response from the owner who says nothing is cheap and cites high expenses when I said nothing about price. My comment opens with two pros and recognizes quality, but based on the reply, you can see the best customer service for yourself.

The food is pretty decent but they are totally over priced I paid $12 for sandwiches and a drink and there were only 2 items on the sandwich good food horrible prices.
