I am Neapolitan for years and have been serving here for knowledge of the environment. I can say that however meticulous it may be it is not Sicilian. And proud of my Bell Napoli and Not despite the fact that the pizza is Neapolitan!. I can tell you that Mrs. Carmen is an excellent pizza chef. And she does everything. On his side he cooks at the rotisserie and pizzeria from first courses to second courses at affordable prices and he makes a really good pizza. I can't say like in Naples because the habits in Messina are different. but one of the best local pizzas I have ever tasted, my family and friends from Roccalumera. and the best is I highly recommend it. Carmen is a woman passionate about her work, she has the Pizzaiola certificate from the national federation and six Pizzaioli of Italy and first women par excellence of Italian pizza in the knowledge of Neapolitan flours. Those who know her know why and in Roccalumera she is known for her pizza and unique dishes. Those who speak badly of her are because she is not just an envious failure. To be absolutely avoided.. I order 4 pizzas, one of which is maxi, first they put the maxi in the oven and as soon as it comes out of the oven they put the other 3 in the oven.
