フィードバックを提供するI was so glad when a JM finally opened nearer to me and I've been going there ever since. Food is great and no complaints there. And the service is mostly fine, except for one individual that has an extreme attitude and is regularly on her phone or having side bar conversations. She has no care for the waiting customers. Then, the other day she appeared to scream at another employee while we were there. So unprofessional and unnecessary. Everyone just kind of looked around in disbelief, unsure what it was about Not sure why management allows this to continue. Unfortunately that was the first time my wife actually came in with me (I usually take out) and, while we planned on eating there, we ended up leaving and taking it home. My wife now has no desire to go back and suggested that we go to the Moon one next time.
Very unprofessional employees. Food was awful as well.
Three weeks ago I was at the Jersey Mike's located on Liberty Avenue. Ordered the original Italian sub. Have not eaten anything like this brow. All the meats salami and ham and pepperoni were cut or sliced fresh. Delicious. There are all kinds of places selling subs and then there is Jersey Mikes! This will always be my first choice.
Twice ordered via Uber Eats. Got a notification that JM cancelled the order, but no refund. Two times. Shame on me.
This was some of the worst service I've had in a very long time. It started with them being out of the bread I wanted, wheat. Then the person making my sub started putting the wrong meat on my bun. She then proceeded to talk so much to her coworker that she stopped to clean the counter and took 3 minutes to get back to my sandwiche. I told her what I wanted and then half away thru, while still engulfed in her conversation almost didn't give me the extra mayo and bacon I requested to begin with. I seemed to be the least of her concerns. She had not idea I had even paid a solid 5 minutes before she finally finished my sub. I won't go back to this location ever again .
